Movement Meditation Guide Certification

$108 a month

+ You will receive a special ‘Movement Meditation Guide’ Certification via Samudra Global School of Living Yoga

+ 60 hours of Samudra Teacher Training hours ~ will count continuing education hours via Yoga Alliance for any teacher

This is a training that supports teachers and practitioners to diversify their offerings and develop new skills as a Prana Flow wellness guide. We will explore empowering our own health and being a health advocate firekeeper. You will be supported to offer guidance through universal wellness practices. As guides, you will be empowered to offer personal sessions and become a group space holder to anchor community in these changing times.

Our core curriculum will have new live lectures, group feedback, meditation, energetic alignment, body mudra activation and cross-over learning in the wellness program to include ayurveda, somatics and meditation/movement alchemy.

Through our Prana Flow Global Online Studio, we will enjoy live practices with Shiva, Demetri, and Samudra Teacher trainers during the Soulful Wellness certification.

Those who are enrolled in our online teacher training will also be a part of soulful wellness, and the Soulful Wellness community will enjoy Prana Flow practices from the Foundation, Elemental, and Chakra Pathways of Prana Vinyasa.
